The honey extraction begins in apiary moving out the bees from full honey honeycombs and extracting the frames. The frames are moved in laboratory . A thin layer of wax was removed from frames in witch the bees have closed the honey . The frames are placed in a spin dryer that extracted the crude honey. The honey thus obtained comes successively leaked . At this point the honey is put into pot and is ready for our consumption
